Audit log

Analytics → Audit Log records the administrative activity in your organisation: who did what, to which resource, and when. It's the place to answer "when was that document deleted?" or "who changed Sam's role?"

The audit log

What gets logged

  • User management — users created, updated, deleted, role changes.
  • Document operations — uploads, deletions, archiving, reprocessing.
  • Settings changes — organisation configuration, extraction strategy changes.
  • API activity — API keys created or revoked.

Each entry shows the timestamp, the action, the actor (which user performed it), the affected resource, and detail where relevant.

Working with the log

Filter by action type, user, or date range to narrow an investigation, and page through history with the controls at the bottom.

Note: the audit log is about administrative actions. Questions asked and answers given live in Query Logs.
