Query logs

Analytics → Query Logs is the complete record of questions asked across your organisation — from the Chat interface, the API, or a connected integration — with the answer, confidence, and citations for each.

A query log entry expanded

The list

Each row shows when the question was asked, the query text, a confidence badge (high / medium / low / insufficient), how many citations supported the answer, and the source (e.g. Admin for the web app, API, or a bot integration).

Narrow the list with the filters along the top:

  • Search queries — free-text match on the question,
  • Confidence — e.g. only insufficient answers,
  • Source — where the question came from,
  • Date range — from/to pickers.

Expanding an entry

Select a row to expand it:

  • Full query and full answer as delivered,
  • Confidence with its interpretation (e.g. high — Answered confidently from indexed documents),
  • Citations — every source passage the answer relied on.

What it's useful for

  • Verification — when someone asks "where did that answer come from?", the log has the exact answer and its sources.
  • Quality review — skim low/medium-confidence answers to see whether documents need updating.
  • Adoption — see which teams and channels actually use the system (by source), and what they care about.
